The Bridge Center’s Premier Accredited Therapeutic Riding Center is looking to hire several highly motivated and outgoing PATH certified riding instructors for employment year-round. Under new management, we are looking to offer additional inclusive programs such as Pony Club and a Horsemasters program to our riders and surrounding communities, becoming one of the first PATH Premier Accredited and United States Pony Club Centers in New England.

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer for the Stoney Brook Foundation dba Nickers ‘N Neighs Therapeutic Riding Center. The position reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the organization’s achievement of its mission, development and implementation of the strategic plan, and financial objectives. Other key duties include: fundraising; the supervision and development of staff and volunteers; the development of high quality services and programs to the participants; the stewardship of the horses and facility; all aspects of BOD reporting; compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and the accuracy of all financial reports and tax returns. Oversees on a daily basis all the operations of the organization, and provides direction to ensure the growth and well-being of the organization within the fiscal constraints of the budget.

HorseAbility, a Therapeutic Riding program, Hippotherapy program and one week summer day camp in Old Westbury, New York is seeking therapeutic riding instructors, potential for part time or full time position. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, dedicated, compassionate and professional with capability of teaching beginner to advanced lessons to the special needs community.
