Happy Spring! High Hopes relies heavily on volunteers for our program implementation. We truly CANNOT do our work without them! Volunteerism has changed as a result of the pandemic and there are circumstances where a lack of volunteer support impacts program operations although we are working diligently to re-build our volunteer corps.

In effort to avoid participant cancellations, High Hopes may elect to offer an alternative (less volunteer resource intensive) service such as an unmounted horsemanship lesson in lieu of riding. We of course appreciate the value of riding, but know that there are many lessons to be learned from our horses on the ground as well. We are grateful to serve our participants and are thankful for your understanding while we navigate unprecedented times.
