Where did you work before High Hopes? |
Armed with a degree in Business Management, as a young adult I traversed the country holding multiple jobs…Import/Export Manager for a San Francisco shipping company, Para-loan Officer at New Haven-based Connecticut Bank and Trust and Executive Assistant to the Editor of USA Today. I finally settled in Bethesda, Maryland for 25 years where I raised my twin boys, volunteered at numerous organizations and worked part-time at Gonzaga College High School’s Bookstore. |
Please describe two or three (max. five) different things you love about High Hopes. |
Admittedly the least “horsey” staff member, I started my journey here at High Hopes volunteering both as a side walker and as an office volunteer before joining the High Hopes staff in November 2015. Ultimately I fell in love with High Hopes… its facility, participants and most importantly its mission. |
Brief description of your life outside of High Hopes |
Outside of High Hopes, my past times include traveling, walking the beach, and most favorite of all, spending time with my two sons, their wives and my granddaughter, Maria. |
