and we all feel the benefit
Since our formation in 1974, High Hopes Therapeutic Riding has forged many beneficial relationships with local, regional and national corporations, that have been integral to our growth and stability. Most companies’ method of support has been in the form of individual event sponsorship, from Symphony in the Meadows, to the Holiday Market. Some companies have gone on to deepen their support; employees and owners have become program volunteers, board members, event planners, or have provided facility maintenance support.
If you are interested in partnering with High Hopes we invite you to contact our Development Director, Sara Qua, who will gladly discuss the benefits of the many different ways you can partner with us. Call: (860) 434-1974 x122 or email Sara.
Below you will see some of the organizations that partner with us all year round or are our two major event Partners. We also recognize the many foundations that make grants to High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, and our Gala and Holiday Market Partners on those event pages.
Give with confidence: High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc. has earned the Guidestar 2019 Platinum Seal of Transparency, has been awarded Guardianship status for our herd welfare by the Equus Foundation, and is a PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center.

You can support High Hopes at various levels of financial commitment in conjunction with our annual special events, from $250 to $10,000. We love to give our partners LOVE on social media, in the press, at our events, and in our programs – to us, this part of the vibrant community that is High Hopes.
While the decor and entertainment at the Gala are always amazing, due to the generosity of our partners only a small portion of dollars raised at events goes toward food, decorations, and entertainment. We thank our partners with tickets to the event and other benefits, meaning that you get to have a great time, you learn about our mission, and more of the proceeds go to support High Hopes’ participants and horses.
Our two main events of the year are our Gala, with Live and Silent Auctions, and the High Hopes Holiday Market.
By adopting a horse together, your organization, department or team will provide equine assisted activities and therapies to individuals of all ages.

Only 16% of our revenue comes from our corporate partnerships.
Help us increase that to 20%.
Through your generous support, we subsidize 80% of the true cost of programs. 50% of our participants receive need-based financial aid to ensure that everyone has access to High Hopes regardless of their ability to pay. Our participants, their families, our staff and volunteers see how your organization’s support helps High Hopes’ mission day after day, week after week and year after year.
