Healing Hearts Summer Series

High Hopes Therapeutic Riding Inc. 36 Town Woods Road, Old Lyme, CT, United States

Adult yoga and healing with horses on Monday nights at High Hopes from June 19th until August 21st from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

The summer session is small group (up to 8) for adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, loss, or trauma. We’ll do 45 minutes of restorative yoga and mindfulness followed by 45 minutes of unmounted equine work. The focus is relaxation, reflection, breath work, mindfulness.
