Hello Market Friends,
Given the uncertainty of Covid-19 and the potential resurgence during the fall timeframe, we have made the difficult, yet necessary, decision to not host an in-person 2020 High Hopes Holiday Market. The health and safety of our guests, vendors, volunteers, and staff are our number one priority.
BUT there is a silver lining…
The High Hopes family remains committed to the Market’s mission to create a vibrant, experiential marketplace which promotes local artisans and small businesses while raising awareness for High Hopes’ therapeutic and equine assisted activities. More than ever we’ve had to rely on the generosity of our donors and fundraisers to keep our doors open, but we also recognize it has never been more important to support our local economy and to nurture a sense of connection and community.
The 2020 High Hopes Holiday Market is going virtual – Save the Date! The virtual Market will open November 15th and conclude on Small Business Saturday, November 28th.
We are currently developing, with the partnership of the talented design team at Julia Balfour, LLC, a one-of-a-kind shopping directory where we are able to connect our talented Market artisans and small businesses with a broad audience of conscientious consumers. Additionally, this platform will allow for meaningful interaction with consumers and provide promotional opportunities for our vendors to grow a loyal consumer base and continue to thrive.
It is also our hope this virtual marketplace will allow us the opportunity to reach out to a broader vendor audience to include experiential, skill-sharing workshops and include local businesses who may not have been able to participate in the past due to logistics with staffing and operating their own shops. As much as we long to be together in the traditional sense, we promise an exciting and connective virtual experience until we can all safely gather again.

Vendor — Tier 1
Tier 1 Vendors register and pay a one time fee of $50 to be a vendor. Vendors are subject to approval by the Holiday Market committee.
For their commitment to our mission, Tier 1 Vendors receive the following marketing package:
• Listing on the Virtual Holiday Market directory — this includes your logo, business name, description of your shop and products, website and social media links, or physical address.
• Instagram and Facebook shoutouts
• Instagram Story mentions
• Mention in Virtual Hoiday Market kick-off email blast
*Please note that vendors are responsible for providing images and logos for marketing materials.Register for Tier 1
Vendor — Tier 2
Tier 2 Vendors register and pay a one time fee of $100 to be a vendor. Tier 2 Vendors spots are limited and subject to approval by the Holiday Market committee.
