Sarah is a graduate of the Newcastle University School of Business in the United Kingdom with a diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration with a dual focus on Small & Medium Size Enterprises and on International Marketing.
Her career in both the UK and USA has spanned marketing and brand development in the manufacturing and construction industries; internal and external communications in the public sector; media and crisis management in the healthcare industry, and stakeholder development in the not-for-profit sector. She has developed and implemented cross-organizational internal and external communications strategies in the UK’s National Health Service and held a variety of c-suite positions in Communications, Corporate Administration, and Organizational Development.
Sarah’s affinity with horses started at an early age through the British Pony Club, British Show Jumping Association where she taught and competed. She also volunteered with Riding for the Disabled. After her competitive career, she retrained off the track thoroughbreds as hunters and eventers.
