Field Trips
Perfect for Children and Adults Alike
Take a trip! Discover the world of equine assisted activities through hands-on interaction with horses and ponies. Try your hand at carriage driving, grooming or riding! High Hopes will create a unique experience tailored to meet the needs of school and university classes, senior groups or club outing on our 120 acre farm with our herd of 20 horses. Groups may bring their own snacks or lunch to enjoy in our picnic area.

Mounted Equine Experience
Our mounted experiences includes either riding or carriage driving. For groups of more than 5 participants, this may be done in a rotation with one group mounted while the other groups participate in an un-mounted horsemanship activity. High Hopes does have a limit for horseback riding of 180 lbs.

Unmounted Horsemanship Field Trip
An unmounted experience provides an introduction to therapy horses and equine assisted activities. Participants may learn parts of the horse, grooming, care of the horse, or basic stable management. They will enjoy hands-on interaction with our horses in a safe and supportive environment. The unmounted horsemanship experience can be catered towards your interest and goals for the field trip. Educational Field Trip
Enjoy a tour of our PATH Intl. Premier Accredited Center and learn about equine assisted activities and therapies. This opportunity is ideal for aspiring professionals, community outreach clubs and anyone interested in learning about running a therapeutic riding center and non-profit business.
