As a volunteer, High Hopes’ participants depend on the consistent support of their volunteers for both safety and skill development.

If you are unable to make your volunteer time slot, we ask that you notify us through our online Volunteer Cancellation Form or if it is within 72 business hours of your slot please call us at (860) 434-1974.

Thank you in advance for giving us as much notice as possible should you either be late or not able to come at all on a particular date. We love hearing from you in advance!

If you are cancelling within one week of your scheduled lesson/shift,

This enables us to plan for your absence and find a substitute as soon as possible.
