This is a benefits-eligible position for someone with equine knowledge who is looking for a rewarding career in a nonprofit, mission-driven environment. At High Hopes, our horses are more than animals — they are trusted partners in helping individuals of all abilities build strength, confidence, and connection. The Farm Assistant must take pride in dependable, routine work and enjoy working outdoors.
This role is at the heart of our operation — caring for our incredible horses, supporting a safe and beautiful farm, and being a trusted on-site presence. As part of the position, we offer a private on-site cottage as a housing benefit.
