Mike Fox

Mike joined High Hopes with a diverse background in the outdoor industry, having worked across New England as a Ski Patroller, Outward Bound Educator, Course Director, and guide. Mike was first introduced to High Hopes while working as an outside contractor on various projects. His appreciation for the organization’s mission grew through that work, ultimately leading him to join the team as Property and Facilities Manager. In early 2025, he transitioned into the role of Operations Director, where he is excited to support and strengthen the life-changing programs High Hopes is known for. Outside of work, Mike enjoys gardening, cycling, and sailing on the Long Island Sound. He lives in Old Lyme with his English Shepherd, Hayduke.
