High Hopes Therapeutic Riding is seeking experienced equestrians to join our dedicated and compassionate team.
We’re looking for instructors who are passionate about horses and people, and who want to make a meaningful impact through equine-assisted services. PATH Intl. certification not required at time of hire; support provided toward certification.
Responsibilities include:
- Schooling and conditioning horses for equine-assisted services programs
- Teaching ground-based horsemanship classes
- Leading group therapeutic riding lessons
- Providing private therapeutic riding instruction
