Adult yoga and healing with horses on Monday nights at High Hopes.

This session is for adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, loss, or trauma. We’ll do restorative yoga (no experience required) and mindfulness followed by unmounted equine work. The focus is relaxation, reflection, breath work, mindfulness. To register, click here.
