As our beloved therapeutic horses retire, they’re looking for new homes where they can enjoy their golden years. Here, you’ll find the wonderful horses who are searching for their next chapter. Each horse has its own unique story and personality, and we’re excited to help them find the perfect match for their retirement needs!
Lucky
2006 Warmblood/Thouroughbred Gelding | 16.1 hh
Lucky is impossible to miss—especially with his signature saunter, a big, rolling walk that perfectly matches his bold and charismatic personality. Before joining High Hopes, Lucky lived the fast-paced life of a show jumper, competing up and down the East Coast. These days, he prefers the simple joys: being groomed, leisurely days as a pasture companion, and plenty of compliments from anyone within earshot.
Lucky is suitable as a companion horse only. He gets along with almost anyone he meets, and is an easy keeper.

Savannah is currently enjoying retirement off-site at a specialized equine facility dedicated to retired therapeutic riding horses.
