High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc. in Old Lyme, CT seeks an individual with strong horsemanship, instructional, and communication skills to teach mounted and unmounted Equine Assisted Services up to 20 hours per week. Current PATH International Therapeutic Riding Certification (CTRI), or ability to become certified readily is required. Additional desired qualifications include effective interpersonal skills, comfort with technology, and a working knowledge of Equine Assisted Services.
Founded in 1974, High Hopes Therapeutic Riding, Inc. is a PATH International Premier Accredited center that weekly serves approximately 150 children and adults with diverse backgrounds, diagnoses, and life circumstances. Staff members are integral to a team that works cohesively to provide the highest quality programs for participants and instructor candidates from all over the world in its PATH International Approved Training Curriculum.
