High Hopes Therapeutic Riding is seeking a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) to join our dedicated and compassionate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment where horses and people come together to create meaningful connections, growth, and confidence.
About the Role
The Therapeutic Riding Instructor will lead mounted equine-assisted services for participants of all abilities, ensuring safe, high-quality instruction while fostering a positive and supportive experience for participants, volunteers, and horses. This role may be full-time or part-time, depending on availability and fit.
Qualifications

Current PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) required

Strong horsemanship skills and experience working with a variety of horses

Passion for equine-assisted services and belief in the High Hopes mission

Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Strong communication skills with participants, families, volunteers, and staff

Commitment to safety, participant-centered instruction, and horse welfare
