High Hopes is seeking to hire a Volunteer Education and Engagement Manager. This position will develop and maintain outreach program to recruit, train, coordinate, develop and retain sufficient volunteer resources to support all aspects of High Hopes activities, creating a sustainable volunteer resource while improving overall community awareness of High Hopes.
– Certification Requirements: PATH Intl. professionally credentialed or equine experience preferred.
– Special Skills: Strong background in volunteer management.
– Experience: At least 4 years of experience in volunteer management, preferably in equine-related programs.
