Cancellation & refund policies

Cancellation by High Hopes

High Hopes reserves the right to cancel any workshop and/or the skills test/certification and/or camp and/or program up to 5 business days after the registration deadline for each individual course due to insufficient registrants or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by High Hopes all paid registration, deposit and/or administration fees will be refunded in full.

Camps

A non-refundable administration fee will be charged at the time of registration. The fee will vary, please check the application form for details.

Payment must be received in full at least one month in advance of the camp start date.

A refund of the camp fee (less the non-refundable administration fee) will only be made if another camper fills the place.

On-Demand Certifications

No reimbursements will be granted for “on demand” workshops and certifications.

Please also note that if High Hopes needs to contract with outside evaluators, the candidate may be responsible for reimbursing of additional evaluator compensation.   Payment should be made directly to High Hopes and not to the evaluators or PATH Intl.  Please refer to the PATH On-Demand Certification Policy within the PATH Intl. Policies and Procedures document.

All other Certifications, Programs, and Workshops (except camp).

No reimbursements will be granted for participant cancellations after the registration deadline.

Less than 90 days before start of first day of the course 75% refund or $25 whichever is the greater
Less than 60 days before the start of the first day of the course 50% refund or $25 whichever is the greater
Less than 30 days before the start of the first day of the course NO REFUNDS
